Trabuco Canyon Real Estate and Trabuco Canyon Homes for Sale

Nestled on the lower slopes of the Santa Ana Mountains, Trabuco Canyon is a small community partially located in the Cleveland National Forest, near other communities such as Lake Forest, Irvine, and Rancho Santa Margarita.

During the early 1900s, Trabuco Canyon served as the site for a major attempt to mine tin. Unfortunately for the Santa Ana Tin Mining Co., they never did get to find any tin ore in the canyon. Remnants of this activity such as tunnels that go through the sides of canyons, several dams, and the stone foundation of an ore-processing mill can still be found around the area today.

Residents at Trabuco Canyon enjoy a high quality of life, beautiful surroundings, plenty of opportunities for fantastic outdoor recreation, and convenient access to great shopping hubs, restaurants, and world-class attractions.
