When I was a little girl of 10 years old, my mother became a Real Estate Agent. I was exposed to Real Estate at a very young age, helping my mom pass out flyers and notepads in her farm. As I got older, I would sit with her at Open Houses, and help her with the organization and paperwork required for her transactions.I obtained my Real Estate License in 1988, the year I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. I have now been in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years, and have worked on some of the top selling teams in Orange County. I have a strong customer service background which stems from my years working as a General Manger for TGI Friday’s Restaurants. I also have expertise in working with Bank REO’s and Short Sales, Marketing and Analysis, Contracts, as well as finding the perfect home for my clients.

My husband Cory and I were married in 1991 and we have three wonderful children John(24), Ashley(22), and Jeffrey(20). We are truly blessed to have such an amazing family and great friends!

Kathie has been a Realtor for over 50 years. She started her career in a small office in Lake Forest known as Forest E. Olson Real Estate. She has worked with all the top professionals in her field, and now works for Realty One Group in Mission Viejo. Kathie has 3 daughters, and 5 grandchildren.
